A fast, clean, and simple app for finding words when you don't know some of their letters. Great for crossword solving, Scrabble, or just simple word games.
The words are matched by typing a SPACE in place of each unknown letter (it will appear a DASH symbol in the word). Alternatively, use the ASTERISK character when you don't know how many letters are missing. See screenshots below for examples.
The dictionary used is the popular 'SOWPODS' edition, consisting of British words (Collins English Dictionary, and the Collins Corpus), and American words (from the Official Tournament and Club Word List, or TWL, derived from the Merriam-Webster's Dictionary and four other collegiate dictionaries).
Further languages may be added later, along with an in-app purchase to remove adverts, if there is any demand for it.
