A Comprehensive Approach to DSB On Mobile

In DSB app you can buy tickets and maps, see current traffic information and departures.

DSB Orange tickets are automatically displayed on the departures where they are available.
Tickets, PLA DSB Illets and commuter cards can be purchased from today's date and up to 2 months ahead.
In DSB app you can read current traffic information about public transport in Denmark and get an overview of departures from the nearest or a specific station with public transport.
You can pay with Dankort/Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa Debit/Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and MobilePay. If your company has a business agreement with DSB , the company can choose to allow you to pay with invoice in DSB app.
You need to provide your mobile number and email to buy tickets and cards. Once you have entered your mobile number, you get a text message with a one -time code. You must enter the code to verify the mobile number. Your email and phone number will only be used to send a receipt by email and customer service. On the email stands the information you need if you need to repay your purchase or transfer cards to a new phone.
Remember to buy your ticket or card before you start your trip. Your tickets and cards can only be used on the phone where they are purchased. So you cannot forward tickets and cards. However, cards can be transferred to other phones.

Offers, promotions and tickets such as DSB mini group and DSB family ticket cannot be purchased in DSB app. They need to be purchased at www. DSB .dk or in DSB Customer Center on tel. 70 13 14 15.
You cannot buy tickets within local tariff areas on Funen, Jutland or Bornholm.
Special PLA DSB Illets for strollers, wheelchairs and bicycles must be purchased via tel. 70 13 14 15.
DSB reserves the right to cease to support older operating systems.
